Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with Let's Watch. If the service is not right for you, you are entitled to a full refund within 30 days of your initial subscription activation — no penalties, no questions about your reasons required.

1. 30-Day Refund Window

You are entitled to a full refund of subscription charges within 30 days of your initial subscription activation, with no penalties or deductions. This applies to your first subscription to Let's Watch on a given Mobily number.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, send an email to support@letswatch-sa.com from any address, including the following details so we can locate your account:

3. Processing Time

Once your request is received and approved, your refund will be credited within 14 business days of approval. Refunds are returned to the original Mobily account that was charged.

A refund covers charges already made. To stop being billed going forward, you must also cancel your subscription. The fastest way is described on our Cancel Subscription page. Cancellation takes effect within one business day of confirmation.
