Terms of Service – Let's Watch

    Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Let's Watch. By subscribing or accessing the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.
  

1. About Let's Watch

Let's Watch is a digital entertainment subscription service operated by Tangerine and made available to eligible Mobily subscribers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia ("KSA"). The platform provides access to curated video content across categories including sports, football, music, cooking, fashion, and cartoons.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and Let's Watch ("we", "us", "our"). By activating a subscription, you accept these Terms in full.

2. Eligibility

To use Let's Watch you must:

Be a current Mobily subscriber in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
Be at least 18 years of age
Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
Not be prohibited from receiving services under applicable law

By subscribing, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the above eligibility requirements.

3. Subscription and Billing

Let's Watch operates on a daily subscription model. By activating a subscription you authorise us to charge SAR 3.5 per day (inclusive of VAT) to your Mobily account. The charge is applied each day and your subscription renews automatically until you cancel.

You are responsible for all charges incurred under your Mobily number. If your Mobily account has insufficient credit, access to Let's Watch may be suspended until payment is received.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by sending an email to support@letswatch-sa.com including your Mobily number. Cancellation takes effect within one business day of confirmation. You will not be charged beyond that date and any remaining access for the current billing day will continue until the period ends.

5. Refund Policy

You are entitled to a full refund within 30 days of your initial subscription activation, with no penalties or deductions. To request a refund, contact our support team at support@letswatch-sa.com. Approved refunds will be credited within 14 business days of approval.

Refunds will not be issued for subscription charges incurred more than 30 days prior to the refund request, or in cases where the account has been suspended for a breach of these Terms.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Let's Watch only for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not:

Share, redistribute, or re-broadcast any content from the platform
Attempt to circumvent any digital rights management or access controls
Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access or download content
Upload, transmit, or share unlawful, harmful, or infringing material
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or its systems
Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account found to be in breach of these provisions without prior notice.

7. Intellectual Property

All content available on Let's Watch, including but not limited to videos, images, graphics, trademarks, logos, and text, is the property of Let's Watch, Tangerine, or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights in the content or the platform.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and view content solely for your personal, non-commercial use during your active subscription period.

8. Availability and Service Changes

We aim to provide uninterrupted access to Let's Watch but do not guarantee that the service will be available at all times. We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove content categories, features, or pricing at any time. Where a change materially affects your subscription, we will provide reasonable advance notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Let's Watch and Tangerine shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform or its content.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the KSA.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Where changes are material, we will notify you via email or an in-platform notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of Let's Watch after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
